Honestly speaking, to any people who wanna join this problematic MLM:

1. If you ask them simple questions and they try to avoid answering you or couldn’t give you a straight answer, you should run as far as possible

2. If you need to meet up just to get the answers to your questions, there’s something wrong already

3. If you need to pay massive amount of money just to get items worth peanuts, is it even worth getting it? Like RM2k+ just to get worthless items

4. If the people inside can’t even take “no” for an answer, do you think this is a red flag?

5. Next time anyone claim that make RM5k consistently for 12 months, ask them to show their bank account statement (at least 3 months). If there’s no showing bank statement or those inside providing excuses not to show the statement, please walk away from this nonsense

6. LASTLY: McOcean membership fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. You are better off buying the S&P500 stocks instead of paying the membership fee. Last time I paid RM38 for nothing. Now the price might have gone up.

If your company is great and well known, you have confidence with your company, then it won't be a shame to let people know.

I just a sudden search McOcean and read 1 by 1 post from november 2022 until present. Because during that time have a so called tuition teacher approach me and try to brainwashed me.

Their meet up place is OTWC in PJ,  in front is Shell Petrol if I am not remember wrong.

But because during that time I love my full time job and I am lazy to find any part time job because my full time job can bring me achievement and can let me sustain in reality

Lets recap back some of the dirty deeds that Mc Ocean and their members did in the past and actively doing:

1) Offering fake diplomas to their member

You will hear Mc Ocean members bragging how they were offered to study and get a Diploma of Nutrition by Camden University USA. A search online will inform you that this is a UNACCREDITED/ FAKE university.

2) Fake awards winnings

Mc Ocean brags about how they were invited to Europe to receive awards from Otherw*ys. This company is known to accept payment from other companies to organize a fake award giving ceremonies. Mc Ocean paid Otherw*ys to do so to create an illusion to the public that they are a reputable company. 

3) Harassing/ Threatening ex members

Ex members from Mc Ocean were harassed with fake LODs threats or Whatsapp messages from Mc Ocean HP No: 0*2- 6362343, if they tried to expose Mc Ocean's dirty deeds online.

Not to mentioned, the unethical means Mc Ocean used to find out the anonymous ex member's identity to threaten & harass.

(Fortunately, legal advisors had confirmed that their demands are baseless and instead, Mc Ocean can be subjected for legal actions instead. ) 

4) Holding ex member's stock as hostage

Members that paid RM 35K to Mc Ocean to become Star Premier, can keep a portion of their (about 50%) products with Mc Ocean. Meaning they only take out half the stock while the balance can withdraw at counter on later date.

This is good, until you found out Mc Ocean's scarm tactics and decided to expose them. When you do so, you will have a hard time withdrawing your stocks.

Mc Ocean blacklisted the ex-member's account and their Director pressured the individual unless he/she admit they had defamed Mc Ocean and apologized, the products will be held hostage indefinitely.

Pay RM 35K, give only RM 17.5K worth of products, the balance can resell to the next victim. Not bad huh, Mc Ocean's business strategy.   

5) Fake testimonies

Desperate to salvage their reputation, Mc Ocean offered to their members they get to earn points to promote to a higher rank by collecting testimonies about how good their products are.

Normally, you can only earn points to rank up by hitting a certain sales target with $$$.

6) Buying positions in Mc Ocean

In numerous occasion, due to lack of new Prince Premier position members, Mc Ocean will organize events where members are confined in the event ballroom to be pressured to buy more products. All your money will be treated as sales of the particular Knight Premier for him/ her to rank up to become Prince Premier.

Examples of members who get this special treatment are PP B*h and the late PP Dr Azm*n.

Most of the Prince Premiers in Mc Ocean use their money/ borrow money to pump their sales to hit the Prince Premier ranks (either buy a Knight Premier direct downline or to cover the remaining sales target).

7) Fake publicity

Mc Ocean is also very proud of themselves being advertised at Nasdaq, New York City. But the fact is, they just paid Nasdaq to advertise up there.

There are many more of their dirty deeds that Mc Ocean tried very hard to cover up. The only reason this company is still alive today is because of the MLM loop hole in Malaysia & Malaysia boleh (got $$, everything boleh... you know what I mean).

Believing that giving RM 35K to such dishonest & shady company, will make you a 5 figure income earner is definitely ill-advised.

because I felt quite odd with the rm 2k+ payment which I did not do, only paid the rm38 registration.

To those who were invited out to Mc Ocean's office or their social gatherings, you will notice that these "Entrepreneurs" (including your Introducer) are very glued to their phones, whenever and wherever they will constantly check their phones or typing messages to someone.

They will tell the victims that they have "businesses" elsewhere that needs their attention so they need to handle it.
But actually they are updating their uplines on the victim's current mindset and getting instructions from the uplines on how to MINDBREAK the victim.

Examples:

"My prospect (victim) is very defensive about this platform."
"She is very anti-MLM because she was cheated before."
"When KP XXX was talking to him about house loan, he agrees with KP XXX that he is worried to lose his job because he has no savings to pay for his house loan." 
"My prospect currently have commitments like car loan and credit card debt, do you think she can secure RM 35K personal loan?"
"Here is the FORMHD (information your Introducer gathered from you when she asked you out for dinner(s)) about my prospect, her SOFTPOINT is family. KP, please focus on MIDBREAK her on that."
"Prospect is very negative about taking RM 35K loan, KP please help to RATIONALIZE him."

Through these method, victims will have the impression that how come the people tat talked to them have so much common grounds and understanding about their concerns.
But everything is just plain manipulation in Mc Ocean, right from the start when your friend/ family member/ stranger you met on social media that persistently try to invite you out for a 1-to-1 meal OR join his/ her Social Events.
Mc Ocean's end goal of doing these is always the same, to CON-vince you to pay RM 35K to buy their FAKE DREAM OF BECOMING A SUCCESS "ENTREPRENEUR".

Early 2024, I was introduced to M*o*ean by an old friend of mine, someone I had lost touch with for quite a while. During the meetup we shared a few good moments, reminiscing about the past and catching up since it had been so long. However, somehow, he managed to steer every conversation back to the idea of doing business, I decided to go along with it and discuss the opportunity. He then invited me to a party and events where I met his business partners, and gradually, I was introduced to the business, although the company name was never mentioned during the party or event. Later, I was invited to their office for a visit, where I was shown the products and marketing plans. Initially, I thought it seemed like a good opportunity to start a side business for passive income. So, I decided to pay RM 2k+ to become a GP.

A few weeks later, I was invited to attend "HOW" event, where they explained how to make more money by doing the same things. While the plan sounded promising, I was a bit skeptical, especially since it required RM30k. Sensing my hesitation, they immediately asked if money was an issue. They even suggested that I take a bank loan to do the business. With their constant manipulating, I chose to pay RM 30k to upgrade to an SP.

I was later encouraged to attend a Camp to learn more about how to succeed in this business. However, I was shocked by what happened. During the Camp, we were taught manipulative techniques on how to act friendly with our friends to entice them into joining the business. We were also drilled with the mindset that if our friends avoided us because of our involvement in the business, then they were likely not true friends, and we might as well lose them. I found all these mentality to be toxic. We were urged to follow the KP unconditionally and copy and paste whatever they do since they are deemed successful in this business. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was uncomfortable to betray my friends trust by using these manipulative techniques on them.

The main focus of the Camp seemed to be pushing us to find business partners as quickly as possible. What really upset me was when one of the KPs mentioned that in order to succeed in the business, we should fully prioritize it and disregard our main jobs. They even jokingly suggested that if our boss asked us to work OT, we should decline, so that we can have more time for the business. I have a well-paying job that I love, and there's no way I would jeopardize my career for this.

After the Camp, my KP pushed me to work harder, insisting that I now had the "skills" to succeed in the business. She went through the Namelist (prospects) with me and demanded that I contact them in front of her. My original goal had been to create passive income alongside my main job, taking a slow and steady approach to building my downline. However, I was suddenly forced to map out a plan for how many prospects I intended to meet each week. If they thought the number was too low, they would push me to meet more people by repeating the Namelist thing again. It became evident that they looked down on those of us who preferred a slower pace, accusing us of not being serious about success.

'I have now decided to distance myself from the business and plan to exit for good. So far, I haven't been able to build my downline, as I find it incredibly difficult to manipulate friends or strangers into joining a business I don't truly believe in just so I can make money.

I don’t think this business is a scam; if someone is truly dedicated, they could be successful. However, it’s the unethical mindset and practices that I strongly disagree with. When I think back to the smile of my friend when we reconnected after so long, I feel disgusted. I once thought it was a genuine smile, a real desire to reconnect. But now, I realize it was just a façade, designed to manipulate me into helping him recoup his money

What Mc Ocean leaders will "rationalize" to their members: "Because is holiday season, many of our members are still in their kampung not yet back to KL."

Maybe the lower members will buy that, but among Mc Ocean leaders, they should receive "persuasion messages" to "encourage" them to come back to film videos. Failure to comply are usually met with network boycotting/ no upline recommendation/ reduced number of training so you cannot meet your KPI one wor... And yet, THAT IS ALL THE MEMBERS YOU CAN GET?
