everytime i disguise..or open a door..or proceeding to next level..always ctd...my current pc specs is fx4100,ati hd 6770 with 550psu..can anybody help me?

Pirated copy tends to crash and freeze up - expected since its hacked up - not sure if got updates.

However, I personally feel absolution is not really worth my buck for an original copy no matter how smooth 47's botak head is now. I don't really like the replay value since the levels have pretty much been scaled down into micro levels, it doesn't feel like the old Hitman where you could literally screw the entire level at once - and that was all the better (maybe that wasn't the way we were supposed to play hitman, but that was certainly the most fun way haha - why in the world would the designers give you a drum magazine upgrade for the m-16 if all you needed to kill were the few main targets)

absolution is a great game for its story though, but thats where it ends after the game is complete - the killing spree mania is just not as fun as it used to be Too bad for @ssholes like me

If the game is not worth buying with your hard earned money, dont pirate it then, since it is not worth playing anyway since that game has so and so problems.

Pirating a game while not buying it just show that you are a bloody hypocrite.

Dude - I will buy originals from games I truly enjoyed. I cannot tell from the box alone of the limited demos shown. Unfortunately I don't come from a first class society where I can bang my bucks everywhere. And the only reason I can buy a game original is for its replay value because I can enjoy it in the years to come. I've still got Blood Money going strong for me till today.

Pirating a title, and purchasing one is two distinct matters. I certainly don't support those who buy pirated copies yet expect top notch performance or online play. Won't make matters any different if you yourself ever bought a pirated title.

At the very least - I am providing a review and comment on the game rather than to provide pointless feedback.

So, now you think i have lots of money to buy every game i see? The fact is, no, i dont have much money and most of the games i bought are under 30USD. FYI, i am a bloody bargain hunting gamer who will search the internet for the cheapest deal.

No one is asking you buy a game based on some demo or videos. If you are not convinced of those limited previews, go look for video reviews or first impressions. Or if that doesnt work as the game does not worth the money for full price, then, wait for price drop to the point its worth buying which brings to the point that: whats the point of pirating these days? PC games prices are dropping faster than a car value depreciation.

If you are not confident on the game, wait for a sale then. If the sale price is not cheap enough for you, wait longer and it does no harm to wait for lower price since anyone who had participated in a Summer or Autumn sale will know that, it is incredibly easy to have a backlog. So, just play the games in your backlog then, which defeats the purpose of piracy.

Pirating a game just for demo or testing it out is just bullshit. Why not apply the same nonsense on cars or food? I have no money to buy a Mercedes Benz, hence i should steal one for have a test drive. Or this luxurious restaurant is too expensive, maybe i should go in and steal some food as free samples cause i am too cheap sake to save money to buy them.

Also, not all games have incredibly amounts of replaybility, especially some of the top notch indie games like Journey, Bastion or Walking Dead, So, does that justify that you should pirate them because they have low replayibility? No it doesnt work that way, while for me, in most games, what it actually matters for me is the experience that a particular game can give, not judging a game based on replayibility or length. Diablo 3 has tonnes of replayibility for hundreds of hours of gameplay, but the experience it offered, especially the premium ebay browsing feature is not comparable to the tense, emotional but incredibly short experience offered in The Walking Dead.

I bought and downloaded tonnes of pirated games back then, but with the whole PC games sales every bloody 60 months, what is the point to pirate these days?

Absolution isnt really a good game, but there is no excuse for anyone to pirate it, especially when you have a PC that is capable of running it.

Absolution is a dumbed down version of blood money. the whole thing is too linear and the ending is worse than mass effect 3.

i did not expect the story to finish that soon, i felt there must be a mission after that very anticlimatic 'boss(es)' battle. and suddenly the credits started to roll..

oh well, hopefully they're releasing a full fledge expansion pack rather than half-assed 2-3 missions DLC pack(s) to continue the story.

at least its more fun than Assassin's creed 3 though, a contender for 1 of the most boring game ive played in my entire life. i literally slept during the first hour of that game. never had the motivation to continue further after a god-damned bug that causes the whole screen to be blurry (depth of field kind of blur) but the UI/HUD clearer than my retina macbook pro. reminds me of fallout 3. too many game-destroying bugs.

* oh yeah, my games are all ori. support ori products all the way except for movies coz i watched em at cinemas.

Well, this time I banged my buck on Far Cry 3 which was surprisingly worth the money and I'm out of budget for the rest of this year - You have your point - thats something well have to agree to disagree.

For one - I am not for the support of the mushrooming gaming industry where the mushrooms are more important than what they are made of. I'll part my wallet with developers whom I feel truly deserve it rather than those out to merely make a buck - not something unheard of these days. A sense of ethics is merely how one would perceive it - which is beyond this topic anyway.

Anyway a pirated copy is not quite like the original and is always inferior - you should attribute it more to an imitation made in taiwan with copied design. Difference is, the merz I stole has no value, and I discard it anyway. Its quite different compared to making a buck out of another's effort. Be glad I'm not the Chinese @sshole getting rich selling pirated DVD's. Were done here. For the record - I can barely run absolution on the low settings.

I'm not fond of Steam, but the game is ok.
Wish for more sexy babes and more rewarding method of assassination.
Most of the time we get 'punish' for using other method than those that the developer or designer intended for us to use.

I got the game installed, but until now still playing ass-assin creep 3...

Still got COD: BO2 lines up... oh my... I got such a meaningful, fulfilling year end holiday!

I got that as well, it seem got to do with sound card, which is rare case
1st time start game with 7.1 192khz 24 bit, cinematic totally no sound
then lowered to 5.1, cinematic sound is back but getting random ctd
I fed up terus put the lowerest which is 44khz with 16bit, the game haven't been crash ever since. I also lowered the graphic setting by a little at the same time.

I felt the game is better than before as it now give u the tips on the puzzle. unlike last time, I just take out my baller and Rambo all the way...
