as for recommendation part, I will just recommend you to find a SC that allows own oil to be used.

I'm using TorqNm now for the 3rd consecutive time.

Thats why, it is always important to just walk into the SC with a confidence face and just state clearly what you want and what you don't want. Never ask them a single question unless it is related to major service or not so major service (20k, 40k, etc). Dont create any opportunity for them to sell cock and bull story.

since the interval is every 5k, just stick with semi-syn. Kinda wasted if use FS for 5k only.
