hello guys, ned suggestion / advice to my problem..

last tusday the bank told me that i hve to repay RM13k++ for the settlement and only if i pay b4 3rd aug.. so today morning around 11am, im about to pay at their counter but the total amount that i have to pay isnt the same as what the told me earlier.. almost RM270++ extra ..

feel unsatisfied + improper explanation given.. i showed him the hand written quotation from previous days.. nothing change, ok fine.. just settle it already.. i agreed to pay it anyway.. i step back want to go withdraw cash and went back half n hour latr..

have to retake no. wait another 15mins.. what a surprise, the total amount change again.. weird!

i ask them if can deduct money from my account? says cannot.. wired transfer? also cannot.. must pay directly at counter.. what is thiss.. arghhhghh.. policy is this?
im tired, just back from kedah early this morning .. wht shld i do now.. ? can pay at other branch? sugestiom/advice pls help me..
