" Reputable " that is exactly what was in my mind when i sign up the contract with them . I think they have turn from bad to become worse if you refer what Karichiken posted back on 2012. My experience told me they are not liasing properly in between. Hence , schedules are messy and always install the wrong parts and send in wrong materials. They just came to my house for the 4th installation and guess what ??  Another piece of wood is a cm thicker and my oven can not goes in. I had took a day off and waited from 10am till 8pm for them to do the installation (in btw, the installer went out for 2 hrs only come back ard 6pm, this really open my whole new perception about SK!)   . By 8 pm , they inform me they install it wrongly !  Again !!!! Ya,  is again !!! Realize it only at the end of the installation . Before installation i already double triple quadrable confirm with the manager,Lola ( ss15 branch) to ask them double check before install . And i double confirm with her once again on the day of installation. The branch manage, Lola, told me , ya they have already check !! These irresponsible people are like mentally and physically torturing us ! No kidding !! Very very torturing ! To correct the part where they install wrongly they need to remove one of the major carcass, alternatively i need to bare with a more simple solution where they ll drill few holes for screws and put on a new board on top of those screws and put my oven in. Aside from the ugliness , the main issue is they are not sure wether  is that structure supportive enough !!! It was really @&$))&!@&! They are totally irresposible n not professional, they are like playing sands on a sunny beach and told us at the end of the day : " o sorry again for the mess , we will be back soon  !! "   I feel so upset and helpless ! When i ask for an urgent solution , the branch manager incharge told me she need to go fetch her son now! Ya i understand is in the evening already but how about us ? we have waited for 180 evenings already ! I am so so so regret and always blame myself for not listening to my friends and some bad reviews and i insisted i want the so called "cozy" looks of SK. We are really con by all those advrt ! Actually come n think of it , I never personally come across anyone who told me SK is good, only the advert !  Help !! When can all these come to a peaceful end so that I can move into my house !! I really hate SK now !
