planning to get JL W3 model. what is the different sound between 10" and 12" JL W3 ? currently using Xetec 1200D mono..

bigger sub will do lower freq better.
low like the rumbles. 10" also good if you're concerned about boot space but ultimately the 12" is still better. buiid a box in proper dimensions and use minimum half inch mdf please. monoblock prefered and power cables minimum 4ga. enjoy, its a good sub. |

Depends on your music preference, 10" tends to be more "punchy" based on my previous experience. If you like low, deep bass (R&B/Hip Hop) get the 12" and get a reputable shop to do the box for you.
