imo i think weight gainers are unnecessary.
just try to eat more (say 2x of how much you used to eat)
then try to follow my secret recipe before going to bed:
blend
2 bananas
2 scoops ice cream
1 scoop whey protein
1 cup of full cream milk
not forgetting the usual weight training
and you shall see results very soon. all the best.
