My weight is 52kg and 175cm height i took Horleys weight gainer.its not a whey protein cause i haven't start workout yet,direction use is add 300ml soy milk and mix it but all this while i drank it wrong the way >> i add 700ml water and mix it only and take 2-3 times per day. will the body absorb the protein?

Why not ? It's not like the soy milk will improve the protein absorption anyway

imo i think weight gainers are unnecessary. just try to eat more (say 2x of how much you used to eat) then try to follow my secret recipe before going to bed:
blend 2 bananas 2 scoops ice cream 1 scoop whey protein 1 cup of full cream milk
not forgetting the usual weight training
and you shall see results very soon. all the best.

calorie in vs calorie out. google about it and learn about them. you will know that mass gainers aren't your answer
