(Guide) How to flash from yakjuxw ICS directly to yakju Jelly Bean V1

With the release of Galaxy Nexus Android Jelly Bean Factory Images, you are now longer need to flash to yakju ICS from yakjuxw and then OTA to get Jelly Bean...You can now directly flash to yakju Jelly Bean from any yakjuxw ICS 

Method 1 (Using Gnex Toolkit): - Highly recommended
1) Download v7.5 Gnex toolkit or the latest one Here (V7.5 is the latest at the time of writing)
2) Install it
3) Go Here and download Factory Images "yakju" for Galaxy Nexus "maguro" (GSM/HSPA+) version 4.1.1 or just save this file
4) Navigate to ''C:\Galaxy Nexus toolkit\ put_google_factory_image_here\'' in your HDD and place the downloaded file
5) Now open the Gnex toolkit, select Android 4.0.4 (Build IMM76I) from GSM Model (Yakju-Maguro)
6) Then, select "Install/uninstall galaxy nexus drivers on your PC" then your operating system then "Install drivers to your PC" (without plugging in the phone 1st) and follow on screen instruction.
7) Reboot computer.
8) Open toolkit again, turn off phone. But this time, turn on phone again but hold down all buttons at the same time. (the vol + and vol - and power button)
9) Now, plug ur phone into computer. In toolkit, now select Android 4.0.4 (Build IMM76I) from GSM Model (Yakju-Maguro) agn.
10) Select "Unlock or Re-Lock your bootloader" then "Unlock bootloader" and follow on screen instruction.
11) After done that, turn off phone once agn. But this time, turn on phone again but hold down all buttons at the same time. (the vol + and vol - and power button)
12) Now, plug ur phone into computer. In toolkit, now this time please select Android 4.1.1 (Build JRO03C) from GSM Model (Yakju-Maguro).
13) Select "Download, extract and flash google factory stock rom" then "Flash Google factory image" and then follow on screen instructions
14) If everything works well.....Your phone boot up and it might take a while for the 1st boot. And you will be on yakju 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

Method 2 (Using manually adb mode): -  Only for advanced user

Have you installed your ADB Driver correctly?
Steps should be
Select model->Select install driver(without connecting phone)->Follow instruction in the toolkit->Remember enable USB Debugging in Developer option. It will ask you to connect your phone soon. Then you will see windows installing the driver. This is what we called ADB Driver.
After you install the driver, look at the Top of GNex toolkit. Did you see your device (A string of Alphabets and Numbers) under 'ADB Mode'?? If yes, your driver is nicely installed.
If you confirmed your driver is installed correctly, now disconnect your phone. This time, turn it off. Turn it back on (into fastboot mode) by holding 3 buttons (Vol +, Vol - and Power) at the same time. After you see the android thing, that menu is called bootloader menu, or fastboot. Whatever.

Now, go back to your GNex toolkit. Connect your phone. Navigate to select the model again. Then this time see top of GNex toolkit. You should see your device listed under 'Fastboot Mode'. Now select unlock bootloader. You should be unlocking without hassle. You need to press Power button on your phone when you see 'Yes' and 'No' on the screen to select Yes, unlock bootloader.

did u restart ur computer or try another port.....

IMM76K in Gnex toolkit is for other model.....

We are using GSM set with maguro codename....donno use other than GSM maguro

in fastboot mode and connect your phone to PC, then show us your PC device manager screen shot.

looks like u need to reinstall them.......got problems with drivers....lot of exclamation mark

remove all of them and install agn using the toolkit

removed them.restarted.now trying to install the driver again..
