Please note that this proposed event is not organised by nor endorsed by Lowyat.NET. Before you choose to participate and/or make a donation, you should conduct all necessary due diligence [RBR]

I actually have an idea on bringing 15-20 kids (age 12-15) to National Science Centre. The ticket per person will be RM 15 but I can sponsor for admission fee (only afford to sponsor that much as I'm a student myself, maximum can sponsor up to RM 300). However, I don't know where to find these kids and also arrangement for transportation. Do anyone experience in bringing kids to a trip to somewhere? If yes, please teach me how cause it's my first time.

Also let me know what you think about this idea

It's a good idea. Don't give up in frustration. I too run events and some of them include charity events for kids.

So pm me someday and we could chat up some objectives and ideas.

Good luck.

hi, you can actually rent a bus. just find a school bus, ask them whether they available on that day and time. then gather the kids at a location, bring them to that place. after that bus will bring them to a location for lunch, and send them back to the pick up point.

You just go there and talk to them. I'm sure they'll assist u. Sometimes, they ask you to prepare a paperwork.

You can also use the paperwork to gather sponsors from various company, and make the event bigger...
