Hmmm, if said like this, there r plenty companies like this.
Promises this & that, but end up nothing.

But ppl (employer or employeee) also mau cari makan. This is the fact non only for design fields, but other business fields also like this.

Let give u an example:

Boss A hire Miss B (experinces & straight forward girl) for account for RM 2.6K. Miss B got it own system how to handle account & billing. But Boss A like this & that, take money in & out without follow the system, & the money for the used of it ownself. This make the Miss B hard to track the account. So Miss B request Boss A to follow the system or hire a assistance to help her. But Boss A refused, & scold her for her in-ability to handle the account & billing system.

Miss B resign, so Boss A hire other accountant.....those ppl either can't handle it well or cannot tahan scold from the boss. Many of them resign after 1 or 2 month working. At the end Boss A hired 2 accountants + 1 assitants for account & billing.

Wat i wat to express here is; the fresh gradute accountant from 1.6 up to 2.2k now, bcos the company desporate of hiring accountant. Imagine u r the fresh accountant with the enter of 2.2K, u r untung. but for those who sacrify them self for the good of company, they get nothing.

from 1.6 - 2.2 r big amount, let say u start with 1.6, after 3-6 month incresement, u may get addon 150-200 only. Imagine how long u can hit to 2.2K???? But if u r lucky, u can direct hit 2.2k without any experience.


Either u r the sacrify or the lucky one, it all depand on your luck. Same thing happen in design firm too.
