I agree on the family business in some ways. However to be fair to the family businesses you cant compare a few bad experiences with the complete industry (even if it would only consist of family businesses).

Anyway, I myself always have always been up for a small size, professional agency that have only dealt with A-brands. In the past I have worked with these and they are just great!
