Especially for Art Director, reason:
• Only after you join, only share with you Avenue Three, Three means herself, her sister and brother.
(A very very family type of business.)
• Only after you join, try to reduce the offer after the 1st week. (said: because client reject your visual)
• Only after you join, let you know 2 designer will only assist you after you confirm in 3 months or more.

Another family business company, (Mother, Son and Wife)
• Son set the project deadline on next week, but wife casing you tomorrow, said client waiting.
Clarified with son ?? You can't find him till you finish the job for his wife.
• Handle a project from Son, and Son can make a small changes like from Helvetica font change to Arial.(HAHAHA)
But when client rejected, Mother only asking you "Why you don't hav any experience" (HAHAHAHA)
• On servicing side, most of the servicing are same, when you asking very unclear brief "What is this? How?
Where?" And they will answer always "Nvm, juz pass to me 1st, Im sure client will ask to revise again, let see
what they say"....(Oh, Kill Me !!!)
and a lot more...whoever need more detail on this company, i will pass you the member's PM, said he is willing to share more detail...thx

I have seen many art directors in small studio do project by themselves. This is quite common in web design field. Sometimes you are more like a "senior designer" than an "art director". Regardless, if they simply push a big project and expect u to handle it alone with unrealistic timeline. That's the time u need to have serious talk with the project manager / account executive / boss. I understand, but during the interview, she said I'll hav two designer to assist me. End up I got 6-7 jobs on hand comparing to my designer they got only 1 on hand, and said they are still bz.... She do explain why she do that to me, she want to test me...well, my point of view, if my job is to kill 3 chicken a day, why should I taking a test to kill 3 elephant ?
