is it true that if u already in inferno u can play lower level?

Thats how we get the achievements like "Punch Diablo", "Self Sufficient" , "Diabolical"

Basically you just strip off your weapon and remove the skill from the left mouse button and it will become a fist and punch D.

many of those achievements are hell or inferno only
just fyi

many of the achivements have no difficulty requirement.
