do you have any problem or sound from your Golf TSI 1.4. The sound is like "GAGAGA" coming from back.
Service center said it is Golf TSI 1.4 characteristic, dam !

The sound appear when I am driving oh, how do record...
It is like "GAGAGA" whenever driving in slow speed and not accelerate but I am sure it is not jerking.

Service center OKR, said is Golf TSI characteristic... which I am doubt.

such a bad experience, it is only 1 days old car.

No modification/changes and nothing at the boot.

Only add on chrome exhaust tip. But notice there is no vibrating.
The sound is not kind of vibrating, but is "GAGAGAGA" only on slow speed and whenever "NOT" accelerate.

Them sad that it is only 1 day car.

Any idea or help ?

That means another case again on the same SC. They just told me is Golf TSI characteristic. Which the car just 1 day old. NEW CAR got SOUND. can anyone accept with such a high price ? Even our local car also does not have problem on the new car.

2 days not that really long and they got spare parts.

A very bad experience that not even the sound of GAGAGA, my paint also peel off easily (bonnet). So bad in this center.

Do you just walk in to Sg Besi SC ? Mind to share who serve you since your experience is good ?

How to do you all, set the aircon every time, you open the aircon, it is DEFAULTED to just 1 bar (meaning the minimal aircon) ? The bar that can press left and right.

How to you all set, every time you open the aircon, the BLOCK Outsite Air flow in is Set ON by Default. (the one on most right site, above the aircon) ?

1. The 1st question is to set it by DEFAULT or ON at Minimal Aircon (1 bar) every time start Aircon.

2. It is to Permanent ON Recirculation Switch for A/C.

yes, the sound is "kak kak kak" when in slow speed like 20km/h, especially going uphill and downhill.
When changing gear from D1 to D2 to D3 or D3 to D2 to D1.

when eccelerate it will have the sound although still in D2 and when accelerate more to D3, the 'kak' sound again... then slow down again the sound come again and then accelerate more sound again. But after D3 to D4 no more sound.

any sifu and owners got such problem on 1.4 TSI ?

OKR said is normal which how can a NEW CAR got sound and said is normal ?

You also have this problem on your Polo Sport ?

But tested another car with similar 7 DSG, no sound at all. Very smooth... Even tested on 1.4TSI also no sound.

How can got sound like that, right ?

Ya, another car same model also no sound... It is only happen in slow speed and low gear D1, D2, D3.
What is this OKR give such a excuse saying is normal, very irresponsible and bad service !!!

3rd service is 45000 KM right ?

Luckily not in okr.
Do you do interim service at 37500 km ?
Else, it is still ok right as compare to jp which 5 k also around 300++
for major service may be is too much.

Sometime, need to know which sc is good service or the other way round. okr and cheras imo is not up to std.

The problem is not juddering but got sound whenever in slow speed (D1, D2, D3) like 20km/h. The sound is "KAK KAK KAK KAK".
