then is it push start and electronic seat bro? thanks

No push start or electronic seat.

The difference in torque and HP is the same as between Golf TSI and Golf GTI. On paper it looks like not much difference, but the power delivery feels very different. Test drive both to appreciate smile.gif

Ooo..: too sad to hear...

188k car no push start and electronic seat..

Really fall in love wit this car n will convert to sirocco R if I get it...

Yeah it kinda sucks that it doesn't come with those or even leather seats.

But VW's strong point is not accessories. It's the TSI engine, the DSG gearbox and the quality finishing.

Hmm but then again Golf MK7 is just about to launch - so unless they're in a major rush, why would anyone buy a Golf MK6 now?

MK6 was launched in 2008, but 1.4 TSI only available in Malaysia from 2010 onwards. We're 2 yrs slower than others.

Where MK6 GTI is slightly earlier but still from 2009 onwards, so in general, we're slowpoke

Remember though that back then, VW was not as aggressive in the Malaysian market as it is now.

Look at the New Beetle - it took VW Malaysia a year (or maybe slightly less?) to bring it here.

So maybe - just maybe - we could see the Golf MK7 in Malaysia in late 2013 or early 2014.

Anyone seen any official pics of the new Golf MK7?

Launch was in Berlin today, but I haven't found any coverage or pics on news sites yet.

What a disappointment!

Aside from some new curves and head/tail lights, this just looks like more of the same.

After the subtle change of the MK5 to MK6, I was hoping for something a little more revolutionary this time.

And looking at all the negative comments, I guess I'm not the only one.

the mk7 looks much more striking than mk6 in my opinion

It looks almost exactly identical in my opinion.

If you saw it from 30 meters away, you might think it's the exact same car.

thanks smile.gif u personally think golf better or jetta?
*
Jetta obviously has more space.

Golf has *slightly* better acceleration, on paper at least.

Both cars are pretty much the same in terms of build quality, performance, tech, etc.

But personally I would go for Golf because it looks sportier, more rugged.

I feel Jetta is too 'lurus', like for boring people who work in banks.

fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu....golf price went up again...

golf got a lot problems?? i read few pages back..got sound from rear... cannot shift gear up and all hmm.gif

Went up by RM2,000, but now it also comes with 17' rims and sunroof. Definitely worth it.

DSG gearbox is known to have mechatronic problems, but aside from that the Golf itself is quite reliable.
