because people in malaysia (in general) if they buy contis, will go for bmw or merz, else they stay with the traditional honda/toyota...

but VW mid range sedan is fast catching up as i see lots of passat b7 on the road now....

kia?
bitc.h please....
not worth mentioning.... lol
*
yes, Passat's popularity is picking up ... realise a lot of ppl jump camp from Camry....

but Jetta.... still very rare on the road :-S

will it impact the availability of parts?

IMHO, Jetta n Polo Sedan CKD definately in the pipeline.. but when, I wish I can know the answer tongue.gif ...

but ironically, the Jetta and Polo Sedan are the least selling models here...  hmm.gif

Having thoughts of upgrading jetta once i start to feel my Polo is too small for me...  hmm.gif ... I like the butt, its HUGE  drool.gif .. opps i mean the boot  brows.gif
*
lol i like ur jokes bro rclxms.gif

anyway back to the VW talk, isn't there a rule in the National Auto Policy that says the new CKD cars must be 1.8 and above? else will be competing with our proton?

That's why the Passat got the CKD so soon? Jetta being a 1.4, got chance?

but from the number of complaints there, it's quite alarming as VW is not a locally made car but CBU.
mostly polo and golf with their gearbox problems.

can send me the link bro? smile.gif

just go to FB and search for Volkswagen Malaysia. Then on the page, right hand side, are all the comments by those ppl. Let's hope that they are not trolls trying to jeopardise VW's image.
*
