Im getting tired of this PKNS shit.
Feel like a loser buying the unit, now what ? pending Syabas or what else? So much pending item, approval etc etc They made me look like a beggar asking when is the VP. The unit is 440k for fork sake. This is my 1st house purchase and worst experience ever. Why they are working so damn slow? Staff updates are like retarded talks with blaming on the other parties. Do they consider the buyer financial or feeling? Paying interest for so long. Can only just see from outside and cannot enter. Holy crap feel like letting go of this unit. Truly piece of shat in terms of management. //end rant  |

I have been paying the progressive loan payment for few months till i stop paying few months back. I really don't know whats going on. Anyone remember when they said it can ready and all? Wanna know how far off from their first target date.
