Most of everything has to be in consideration. Have to be picky and critical... can't afford everything.

Even hulk pf is under consideration.

LOL....The poison is strong

Unfortunately, I am passing on Hulk PF because it is based on movie version. Not because the statue don't look nice, infact it's one of the best so far......must stick to comic statues only.......BE STRONG.....

I have got Vampi, used to be hardcore Hottoy collecter and after Vampi convert to Sideshow PF. Very nice figure!

Fedex called me up and said custom is going to tax me 20% + 10% for my Jessica Rabbit statue....WTF?!!!! 20 + 10?
They said custom open it and said it is porcelain statue.....I don't know how long this stupidity will last long, even with some evidence sent to them, they still denying it.

Go to custom, aske to speak person in charge, and politely ask to "settle". Bulan puasa, they should more than happy to oblige

30% customs.... Wow thats high. I will have some big item coming in next year and tis year if my waitlist convert, dun mind 'settling' if possible.

20% + 10% is slightly higher than 30%. Imagine you take 30% from RM1,000.00 is RM300.00. But 20% + 10% is 1st you add 20% to your RM1,000.00 which totalled up to RM1,200.00 then and then only you add the other 10% which is RM120.00. So your taxable total is RM320.00

Unfortunately the issue here is that all Sideshow statues are made from Polystone and not porcelain as described in Sideshow web;

"Polystone is a compound made up largely of polyurethane resin mixed with powdered stone additives that give it added weight and the porcelain or "stone-like" feel that resulted in the materials name itself. Polystone is durable and highly effective at maintaining a sharp paint finish. Unlike porcelain which is fired in an oven, Polystone is a cold-cast material in which no heat is used in the manufacturing process, resulting in much greater variations of paint finish".
