Regarding kastam, print the invoice from online website and show them. If they don't believe, they will ask to show the website in kastam office. Declare as toys is better than statue, as toys duty is less than statue.
Can try to bargain with officer in charge.
There is certain officer that can take under table $ also but he works on certain weekday only, so its not convenient to meet
