$30 difference only for US pricing. 279x3.7 is about rm1032. Plus import tax 10% GST 6% should be rm1200+.

But I think early preorder should be 900-1000 before GST.

I believe there's no such thing as "import tax" on statues... only sales tax applies which range from 10 to 30%... which is now replaced with 6% GST...

The kastam tax. 10 for toys 30 for statues. Thats what I ment. Hopefully its replaced. It should be replaced. But if u ask traders, kastam still charge them those.

I deal with kastam all the time*... I believe these traders are profiteering.

*But not after 1 April.... yet.

Tempted to test out their efficiency/inefficiency.

Maybe its combination of the whole aupply chain...from distributor to kastam to forwarder to retailer...all increase price... consumer kena absorb in the end

to be fair, 10% import tax is indeed there. i sell LEGO (part time) and the custom knows their stuff very well. all my shipments, if above 500, never escape custom. usually will be 10% on shipping + item cost , and processing fee if u assign agent to deal for u.

statues im not sure. but post gst, so far i havent import anything from US. so hv to wait n see

They better not increase pre-gst PO prices or there will be hell to pay!

XM latest PO price is about the same with the latest SS batman PF.
maybe a lot of factors like shipping, currency, etc. and due to all these calculations, a bit of increase in US will cause a big increase on our end.

yea, maybe with the recent SS quality...the latest being the iron patriot... maybe ppl should look at closer to home - koto fine art and XM

XM items that used to be 1700 is now 2200+. That is because of 15% currency drop and 6% GST.

So basically we are paying atleast 21% more today than last year.

I never think XM as an option.

It never get to sell in retailers here.

little monsters in jaya is the official distributor in KL. u can get from them but u have to be fast.

Hopeless distributor based on past po, all gone before public availability, dun answer emails and store queries.... as good as no stocks for malaysia

Because stock finish in 10 mins. Even the XM website stock finish in 10-30mins.
