if it is for my own use, there shouldnt be a problem
but my concern now is because i plan to sell it in future as i dont plan to keep my kelisa forever..
im afraid if it is not properly documented, then nobody want to buy it..
(i really need to change this meter now.. really troublesome to drive without knowing what is my speed and how much gas left.. the rpm still move though

You can request the shop to adjust the odometer for you..i dont want the buyer to drop the price just because i change meter and think i cheat him
