an 05 636 would cost you somewhere within the region of 45k RM. depends on the condition.
Hard to actually gauge what the owners would consider their bike is worth vs. market value. |

QUOTE(lucifah @ May 30 2013, 02:13 PM) wow.. no replies for more than 1 week Been busy la bro... a lot of travelling in the past couple of weeks. The XJ6 doesn't appeal to me at all. I prefer the ER6N which at least looks more beefy than the XJ6.btw, i read a review od the XJ6N in the star today price is 38,500 have outdated design & curve nowadays, bikes have more angular lines, for example: the SF and er6n, z8, and such |

in that case, go for the Z800, more expensive but definitely worth it.

Yep, the KTM is a definitely more torquey machine. I'm contemplating of getting a CRF and go play at elite track.

QUOTE(Arawin92 @ May 31 2013, 06:02 PM) Hi, anybody here using Naza Blade 250 GTR? This bike is in my affordability range at the moment at RM 13888 but im only worried if it will have a lot of problems. I cant find much review on Google so i had to ask riders from here. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Try to find hyosung 250 on the internet, youtube (there's a video there). Is it your first bike? if it is, then no harm getting it to practice before you upgrade. But it's definitely not a long term choice. |

QUOTE(zirconxi @ Jun 2 2013, 03:25 PM) Yes... I always know there is a lot of talented rider out there... So to match them, what we need is supersports liter class motor bike so that we can follow them... another good reason to upgrade liter class once gather enough skill.... Don't try bro... it's quite hard to match their handling due to the lighter machines. was on a 250 for 4 months, then traded up.... now it's all about blinding acceleration and speed. |

QUOTE(zirconxi @ Jun 3 2013, 09:47 AM) hehehe...there is only 1 type of rider got left behind in convoy......those are the super fast sweepers....can zoom to the front and go at back as they wish...Until now I never join any long distance convoy.... cruising @140km/h is too fast for me, I like to travel @ 90-110km/h only... And only big convoy travel at these speed. But big convoy I still lack the skill to ride among too many bikers traffic. When people ride near me i get a bit uncomfortable. We usually separate our convoy groups to two, the faster ones and the not-so-fast riders - both with their own sweepers. This is the usual configuration that we convoy ride long distance. Like monthly trips to Raub, Cameron etc. Sweeper will standby with repair kits if required. The rule is the back rider is to always watch out for the rider in front. That eases up a lot of your worries. The faster guys will be riding around 220+ kmh, the slower guys... up to you la... |

QUOTE(zirconxi @ Jun 4 2013, 09:54 AM) Talking about tyres, isn't these big bike tyres wear out a bit fast?? Any chance can extend the rear wear mileage till 20k?? Depends on tyre type but as mentioned by lucifah, 20k is really really stretching it. I change tyres approx every 4k km. using SC2s, the new SC2s last a little bit longer and better grip btw. |
