Cannot change the unifi hsbb login password. It will remain the same for the rest of your tenure with Unifi.

Hi,

Do we have a list of router which compatible with Unifi? I need to buy a new router which has good QoS features.

Thanks in advance.

Im currently staying at Bandar Enstek, Nilai and i saw banner this morning shows " Unifi kini berada di tempat anda " and then I go to TM website for service coverage but I only can find Jentayu and Timur ( the road name in bandar enstek ) but not my road that is Alam Milenia.
So I wonder , my place really got Unifi coverage or not? I try search for information but I found none.

Just asking cuz i cant call the TM right now because not office hour. TQ for your cooperation.

This is normal. They're probably still working on it.

When unifi came to my area, I first see people laying the cables under the roads. After a couple of months, the roadside unifi stalls appeared. You know, those set up by the agents, with umbrella, table, chair. I called tm then. Still not available yet.

Those agents will register anyone and everyone. Don't care whether the area got service or not. If service is unavailable, you'll just queue up until it is. They will get the commission then. The agents are only after commission. Their staff are after sales target.

Then the banner appeared. At that point, availability was spotty. Some roads have, some don't have. It gradually expanded adding more roads over the following weeks.
