Well just installed it where u want , and maybe just move the tv up just for them to set the hypptv up just incase u wan to use in the future. And after inatallation just remove the hypptv and keep it

Well they can setup the whole thing but leave out the hypptv , i was saying if u need it next time then problem lo

if no TV there how they going to test?
means they wont even test it.
they just ask you to sign all ok and leave
next time when you want the HyppTV, you have to call them in again and get service charge lo

Unless u have a super long lan cable , its unlikely they gona test it . Its either u have a tv at the router area o not . Either just find someone move the tv up on the day of insallation or buy a power plug like decapix said . U said u wont use it then why waste on the power plug then . Just mafan a bit move the tv. Just what i thought

Hi guys, got a question.

Is it possible to use our Unifi account at other location? For example, I have a 20mbps unifi account for my house, can I use the account at another house as I have moved? The new house has a 5mbps Unifi account installed but I would prefer to use the currently unused 20mbps account

Just wondering if i can just change the account in the modem to get a better speed. Or do i need to contact cs?

afaik there is no "2nd admin" account for L7
dont think they would go that way after the dlink fiasco.but i might be wrong though..

Just to let u guys know something
when my bro upgraded to oku 20 from vip 5 since last week sat. The speed was like download capped at 5 with a flux of upload to 20. capped meaning u will see it hitting 20 and then slowing down to 5.

dlink router given normal config was totally changed with no QSS on it etc.
Changed to tp-link 1043nd for him
20/20.

so the question is. Is there more to the dlink settings that cant be seen in the management username id??
