@demonTweakz your main concern is high ping when gaming right?
i think the best way is get a uber long LAN cable.
ping to router would be less than 1ms.
Next up would be getting a better router.
Any router would be better than the one given by TM.
but you need to check the range is it sufficient.
Last option...home plug.

why need 2 streamyx and unifi?
Just upgrade to unifi.
Then tell TM you need to maintain the old number for parents to use. just add RM 1 /month only!

@akinisan, from that box there. TM will provide an outdoor black cable. This outdoor cable will go from your mdf room to just outside your office. Then it'll go into another transition box and out comes the white indoor cable. This white cable is the one that they will give free for 15M. This white cable will be the one connecting to the BTU.
