PV folks, I just wonder what do you guys opinion for this side PVs (Phase 6, 7) vs cross the road PVs (PV10, 12, 13, 15, 16), any opinion?

i think across the road is diff ..gang... gombak and danau kota gang. P6 & & is rampai and wangsa maju gang.. lol

i dun think any unit left after lunch if going in this rate. some are buying few units , booking on behalf of family, sibling, relative, fren etc.

i think sri rampai access is better due to DUKE nearby eg Setiawangsa + Semarak..

yes, but pv recent practice after you book you say don't want they'll refund you in full, so this kind of booking can be no-brainer action
