3. DIBS, some usual perks like legal fees etc

1. mall not confirmed
2. priced at >500psf and >600k, quite easy to get landed property in klang with bigger built up ( but i am paying 500psf for 3 yrs down the road so i am hoping it appear to be a cheaper option when other new projects launched at a higher price later).
3.Ghost town currently - no biz activities
4. 900 units of soho launched

u can get a better idea from propwtf..

BTW did you guys notice there is no back entrance for P4 in the floor plan? how much are they selling corner lot? 1.2 mil?

also, can anyone share with me if they do heat insulation for roofing? i.e. aluminium reflector?

I am pretty certain it is not F&G for P4, purely based on my observation. Anyway, i am not sure why there is always a "L" shape back yard.. can they really save a lot of concrete from such design?

Otherwise you may get misleaded by just study the brochure itself and dissapointed when the actual product turn out below your expectation. This is why sometime I don't like inp. You are paying for most 1mio house yet you don't get to see your show house.. Sigh..

At the same time, i have also seen a lot of developers building fancy show houses but the final product was crappy... I am pretty happy with the overall design of P3 except for the exceptionally high ceiling on second floor and the "L" shape empty space at the back yard..
