Nadayu kajang= 2km from mrt+ktm integration station, elevated land(if here banjir, bangi and kajang would be underwater already), next to dijaya high end and expensive residential on kajang hill golf club, new and direct access road is in the process(no need to go through not so nice access road now), got swimming pool + tennis court +badminton court + basketball court + barbeque place, kajang 2 next to it will have shopping mall, international school etc, reasonable price for the build up. 2637sqft 2.5 storeys selling for rm660k (but all sold out). 3 storeys 3600sqft build up selling for rm900k++, semi d 4567sqft selling for rm1.3mil++ (4units left), bungalow 6100sqft selling for rm2.2mil.

i have seen the plan. yes going through I-city based on that. I am wishing they go through setia city mall. sp setia already waiting for lrt to come there.

For those who might interested. Phase A2-02c 25x85 launching this Saturday starting at 855,888.

P4 are more expensive than P3 alot base on built-up per sqft. P3=244/sqft(type A2) vs P4=288/sqft.

Even that, P4 corner built-up smaller than P3 type A1 (3499sqft). But carporch definitely better than all P1, P2, P3. Pillars slim and build side by side neighbours.

I have a doubt P4 house got fence or gate? The brochure show carporch quite empty. The house facade look like Putra Jaya no fence in neighbour. Maybe there plan to built F&G for P4?

Without show house it is very difficult to tell. You can't visualize many thing by just reading the brochure apart from those basic measurement. To me the best layout is Pentas 1 followed by Pentas 2 and Pentas 3 yet Pentas 1 is the cheapest.

What I like about Pentas 1 is that it has sky roof ontop of the staircase. This feature  eliminate the need for courtyard. You save space yet you allow lights to come into the house therefore the house looks really spacious and bright!

Pentas 3 on other hand looks a bit old school and my feeling is less spacious if you compare with Pentas 1 or 2. However I don't think I can visualize by just studying the brochure until I see the unit itself.

Similarly for Pentas 4, though the build up is stated slightly smaller among all Pentas it is very important to look at all aspect like ceiling height, layout, internal design, staircase design, kitchen and so on to be able to judge. Otherwise you may get misleaded by just study the brochure itself and dissapointed when the actual product turn out below your expectation. This is why sometime I don't like inp. You are paying for most 1mio house yet you don't get to see your show house.. Sigh..

for individual purchaser, there will be points where you like some part of the house, and odd to dislike some of the design.
