U left ur phone with them? In SEMS Amcorp Mall, they record my complaint, return phone to me, and after a week, they call me to say replacement parts arrive...send back the phone to them and collect next day.

is it? interested to know y it's lousy..lag? screen not nice? share ur thoughts pls

yup, when I sent in my set, they have parts shortage as well..but at least they let me take my phone back n called me when the parts arrive. If not mistaken it took them about 2 weeks or so to have the parts available.

maybe becoz too many phones in the market....XPS is already a year old, people tend to talk about the latest phone

SEMS in Amcorp Mall is so far the highest rated service centre for forumers here...good and prompt service, but i doubt can get in one day...u can try though...most important thing is whether they have stock for LCD...u can call them 1st.

the internal clock is not as accurate...over time, it will be faster..u hav to readjust maybe every 2 months I just dun bother..good also la, my alarm in the morning force me to wake up earlier..LOL!
