Guys, earlier on i had asked how to know the set is xperia s or sl. I can now confirm the set my bro bought is s. The cpu is, 1.5 as opposed to sl 1.7 n the model is lt26i,sl is lt26ii. In the receipt it clearly states xperia sl. Thats 1 prob, the other is at the bottom part of the screen its kind of yellowish. The other problem is i think my bro got cheated big time with this set, coz there is not a single sticker stating warranty from which company. He said the seller said still got 8 month warranty from sony. There is even no sirim sticker. He bought it 2nd hand at lowyat. So guys, what do u think my bro should do? This is even the 1st time for me, never got cheated b4 so dont know what to advice my bro. Care to give opinions?

My bro is planning to go file a report 2morrow at the tribunal. I think he has a better chance coz in the receipt clearly states xperia SL. The set is confirmed underwater set coz brought it to another shop to have a look at it. Another thing, my bro complain about the yellow tint, the seller said his technician dunno how to repair. He said its normal for this phone, if repair will come back again.

They include 2 usb cable, 1 hdmi cable, 2 pin head charger, car charger and earphone... pretty complete!

that one still no. hahaha...i update because the BT and flight mode haywire a bit in GB. Once you turn on flight mode with WIFI, then u turn off flight mode, mobile data wont come back. and for the BT issue, if you on/off BT too many times, BT wont turn on again. haha...both bugs require rebooting phone to work again.

they fixed those in ICS, but earlier ICS introduced camera quick launch and BT music stuttering bug. They fixed BT bug in .45, now they fixed camera stuttering in .55. i would say good job sony, albeit they work like tortoise speed for software releases.

still, now they need to fix the notification bar too dim problem and let us customize the lock screen! i dont wanna install too many 3rd party apps just to do simple stuff. haha...and another major reason i update to ICS is because i wanna ban those apps that keeps on processing background data. haha...

and the earphone is not chapalang one.

no phone is perfect, this one has its weakness too, not too serious though.
~no sd slot, but 32gb is quite enough
~covered ports, abit troublesome when need to charge, but still not such a bad thing
~not the best softkeys implementation, but its not too hard to get used to.

but for the price for a brand new ori one. definitely sweet.

Hi Bro, need your guys advise here as is the Sony Thorus warranty will still cover the LCD yellow tint issue if the phone already been used around 10month ++ and left 1 month plus warranty?

anyone find the phone suddenly no network? even tho the signal it shows "H" but no moving up/down little arrows. go facebook it will say network error, opera no network. on/off mobile network did nothing. have to reboot phone to get back proper mobile network.

is it the phone or was it digi problem?
