if i have a piece of land already.. inherited. can i still do get the construction loan? wanna get the loan to build and design the house.. how much will i get ? 85% of total construction cost? or 90?

-which bank offers this kind of loan?
-is this considered as "construction loan"?

Why don’t you walk into the bank and speak to the manager? Think it’s easier.

i read thru this thread d, not all bank offer this kind of loan..
that's why still easier to ask here instead of walk into every bank and look for their "always pretend busy" manager.

Try refinance your current housing loan so that you can get the cash to expand your house. Pls don't ask me which bank to do refinance.
