i notice that our bid must be higher than the current bid + 10%, some times i see.. eg. 50k current bid, next bid increased by 1, so is 50001 wtf?

wow, i was bidding a bow, current bid at 1.35mill, so i bid 1.5mill, after i keep refresh refresh for double check if current bid is 1.35mill, ok.. it is, after 1 hour, i go check again, current and bid is 1.5mil WTF?
