cloudy rainy morning.. these few days no sun to let me paint backlogs increasing!

haha.. but feels like the gold paint dry quite fast, don't really need to leave it out in the sun for too long maybe i'm doing it wrong?
the silver paint need sunlight to dry though

okay but no WIP thanks to weather.. haha.. have to go get gloss coat today or tomorrow i guess (OT again )

awaiting the new SDs.. seems Epyon got price range ad around the price of a 1000yen kit.. like SDs i don't mind that kind of price.. but i expect hi-nu would be around 50+? damn MC, so pricey, but models so nice

i not sifu ascentic sifu! and better not go OT here.. painting should go into the painting thread or PM the sifu himself

i think deathscythe looks great without decals just need abit of touching up with markers and he's good to go

agreed! i never quite fancied the XXXG numbers on the wing series' shoulders.. place like on DSHC's wings work though, since they're just a huge piece of black
however for these smaller kits without much bulk.. not so nice
not sure about heavyarms though.. i'll just go with the flow

yeap! due to lack of colors, some small decals would bring out the look better more depth and texture

bought some nice new paints
shiny metallic/clear-ish red over metallic silver
wonder how it will look on the Liaoya

yeap Mr. DIY chrome silver, topped with Bosny montana red then top coated with Bosny gloss coat trying on the liaoya in a bit

and i suck at painting.. the red leaked out to the yellow grrr

haha.. yeap, this one i think have to prime and recolor later on.. thanks for the tips thing is the surface for the masking is not big enough (the yellow part) which is why i failed will try again later on lol.. the red looks quite nice though, shiny metallic, but does not suit the Liaoya

yeap, it may be a bit tedious, but ALWAYS check everything thoroughly so that there's no problem
so far i haven't encountered any problems, even after checking thoroughly, i've been fortunate enough to not face any parts that require changing

that looks pretty cool, actually

i vote B! more fluid color scheme, the red to break up the black is nice, while black and white in A is too monotoned

nah.. i think the shops won't care about that as long as PG = PG price, i guess

perhaps but those who buy GHD are normally the ones who are uneducated in bootleg gunpla
of course there are exceptions, but to some people who don't know better, CHEAP PG!

i think the price tag on Strike looks like 200

GHD HG suck really really bad.. never buy HG.. but what i heard is the bigger the kit, the easier it is to clean up the parts and fix whatever problems the mold may have.. i'm tempted to try though, but a bit out of my budget at the moment.. haha
unfortunately also haven't seen any of those big boxes in KL
