(i googled it and i think it's high impact polystyrene (plastic) sheet or something) any idea how the material is like? of course google images will not help much seeing it is not quite like feeling it in hand.. if the material really is acceptable for customizing, where can i find some?

For Future improvement that I will do if I had more free time:- Turn Yellow to Gold, White to Chrome.. Body parts to semi-gloss, hair.. flat.. Well Enjoy~.. hoho, good build + good review bro i only managed this seriously this build is super fun, i never realized i spent 1 hour struggling with the LED and ONE binder only whew!
