impossible Valve will do that, they had 70k ++ players playing. If they wait it might take forever for them to update and those players will spam forum like "bot" complain cannot matchmaking , cannot create game and etc etc. Just 1 match wont record is not a big deal.

What pennant does is basically like football

its a merchandise in-game to support your team

By purchasing a pennant, it shows that you're supporting the team both 'spiritually' and financially

Other than that, you can level up your pennant which no one knows what will happen so far (someone upgrade to lvl 10 and did not proceed further)

Besides, while watching a team whos playing during the International with the team pennant, during events like First Blood you will have a chance to get random loots

They plan to use these team pennants after the International as well

NO need forever, the max wait is 1.30 hour only.
I never see a match can last for 2 hours.
So after u finish your match, you sure wait less than 1.30 hour. Then server will start take time to upgrade.
Now not just 1 match not record. I already got about 5-6 matches missing.
