Agreed tho even spectre supposely can take viper out in late game.

firstly viper had no boot at all lol, so transition from 1 lane to another is quite hard.

spectre with radiance is so easy to push up lanes, + his ulti are great to help up his ally if needed.

nw went full retard when he go for butterfly, mkb is so much better since it deals more dmg + extra dmg + never miss. viper without gem is quite hard to kill that nw especially with sukuchi and time lapse.

true that, if it hit all 5 heroes it cause alot of dmg altogether.
