QUOTE(alexlimco @ Jul 17 2012, 02:43 PM) Important update. I managed to get KIES to recognise my phone for updating after unrooting. Was researching this for a few days and realised that the stock ROM downloaded from Sammobile and SamsungUpdate has GLB (Phillipines Globe) as the default CSC. place this on first place please, tsWhat you need to do is to perform *#272*YOUR IMEI# and select XME as the correct CSC after you have restored the stock ROM. Now KIES will be able to recognise your phone and allow you to update the firmware via it. Hope this helps someone. |
