Recently I just switch my prepaid to postpaid plan tru phone conversation with the Maxis Staff, but just now I receive the document from maxis(by pos laju), with 1 SIM card inside(normal SIM card).

switching plan have to change SIM card also?? not switching my plan just with few click in their system?

if really have to change the new SIM card there is a problem for me, coz i am using micro SIM ler... have to go maxis center to convert again to Micro SIM? the conversion will be charge rite?

but my current Prepaid SIM card still can use la, not sure will terminate this card or not later on

u can cut your sim ler

Maxis postpaid sucks man. Your bill overdue only 1 day and kena bar already. And when you pay early also late for reactivation

ou.. this sux... but everytime have to reload also quite troublesome, just pay the bill on time lo

- beware d hidden charges

- dun use the mobile internet if u no data plan. i got charged RM20+ for a few minutes of surfing.

- make sure they dun increase your credit limit. mine got raised twice fr RM150 to RM350.

how the F they raised your limit without your permission? dafuq

they will send u a sms along d lines of "dear valued customer due to your loyalty we are now giving u a higher credit limit" or something lidat. they try to make u think that increased credit limit is like a gift to u.

you should have gone to maxis centre to change, they will give you the new SIM (can request for micro sim) on the spot.

anyway cut only la, very easy one. I already cut like at least 10+ full size sim to micro sim using a pair of scissors, all no problem.
