Anyways, what ordinance are you guys gonna go with at the start?
Here are the options:
I'm thinking of getting everyone here to have different ordinance so that we can take advantage of each other.
For example,

Me = Early Bird Town
Friend 1 = Night Owl Town
Friend 2  = Rich Town

So basically if i have this kind of setup, I can simply go to Friend 1's town to shop late at night and he can also come to mine to sell stuff early in the morning. Similarly we both can go to Friend 3's town to sell stuff at much higher price and come to our town to shop at cheaper price too!

Mostly it's about costumes, collecting cool house items, fishing and etc. New one is we become a mayor.. so it's a bit different maybe.
It's follows the real time we are in so if you play at night it's gonna be at night.
So thing changes by day so there is always thing going on in and out.
Neighbours will change if you bad to them they might leave and some new ones will come in and etc.
It really gets you connected to the characters in the game.
Special event happens sometime. Like easter, christmas and etc which is quite nice.

The game is really cute, and if you want it to be fun play it on a daily basis. Around 1-2 hours would be alright for regular play.
Extensive hours if you want to get more money and collect some stuff.

You could set the town to change to have higher activity at night if you are a night gamer.
Shop and everything will open at night and the activity will be more at night then day time.

i remember last time when i used to play AC:WW, i ignored my town for a month, came back with lalang grass everywhere, and the town folks scolding me for not coming back to visit them.

me too, then i stopped playing because too lazy to pluck fix my town. it was so fun, went to gamefaq and found some guys to visit each others. so addicting rclxms.gif

i thought they will complain about lack of innovation, since the core gameplay is still somewhat same. but heh, the lowest review score i've seen so far is 7/10

IGN gave it 9.7 out of 10.. Audrey Drake is such a nintendo fan girl so the rating is kinda too high imo, but the content of the review is good.

I've been doing some googling and forum surfing regarding region specific holidays/items and such.
As some of us know, both the US and JP version will have their own unique calender as well as region specific items and dlc.
What I want to know is does our SEA region have it's own as well or will we be adopting US celebrations and items instead?

Most likely adopt US versions. So no Malaysia Independence Day or CNY or Hari Raya sort of things.
