To the guys who preordered their copy, any suggestion on which store to go for?

From what I've been hearing, physical is better since digital copy is tied to your console, not account. So if by a rare chance that your console died or you choose to sell/give it away, the game goes with it. The only benefit from getting digital is that it's cheaper than physical.

I've been doing some googling and forum surfing regarding region specific holidays/items and such.
As some of us know, both the US and JP version will have their own unique calender as well as region specific items and dlc.
What I want to know is does our SEA region have it's own as well or will we be adopting US celebrations and items instead?
