I so impressed with the green & resort home concept.
Location is better much than Emerald & M Residence.

Heard the units are selling out fast!

Anybody bought?

Hi I'm new here, I hope I can share what I know of this project.
63.11 acre, 20% use as greenary area. This project is selling the "concept and environment" to customer. Location wise is quite good, few minutes to town area.

2sty all sold out in a week time..yesterday only, 3sty sold abt 10units +

In term of location, located within the Rawang town area. Easy to access to highways / old trunk roads, here you can choose to pay toll or not pay toll to KL. Compared to Emerald, this location is more nearer to KL. Go to Genting also more faster. tongue.gif

Matured areas with amenities and facilities available in the immediate area such as schools, clinics, hospital (under-construction now), bus station, KTM station- straight to MidValley, hypermarkets/shopping centres, petrol stations, shops, food & beverage, etc. tongue.gif

Most importantly at this moments, less jam compared to the road heading to emerald. (although iI heard there will be an upgrade of roads into bypass from Rawang town to Bandar Tasik Puteri, should be need at least 5 years to 10 years to complete. tongue.gif )

My goodness, new house, landed and by MS, but only RM 380k ... it is quite cheap since the new phases all receive good response ...

I believe as long as below RM 400k, it is very cheap dy, although the width of 18 is relatively small ...

that time mostly thinking the location too far / too deep... Even me thinking same as well.. Make me stop to look see look see.... But now see the new dev at Rawang area... makes M res looks like very affordable... but im not too sure the exact location..

The only property i really look into previously was T-Parkland at Templer Park which nearer to Selayang area... smile.gif

Few months back, I rated Rawang heavily next after Puchong. I can see the Jusco effect.

The DSTH still relatedly affordable. Even with price increase, it still leave some gap for sub sale buyers. Almost get a unit of MS for investment but my frens from Rawang/Selayang keep ask me consider Guocoland bcz the folks there trust Guocoland more ...

I skip after I cant make a decision at area I not familiar and instead aim for other area...

But that time the price for Guocoland is big different compare to MS new launch...
If see back the price below 400K for landed and G&G... is consider cheap..

Too bad im not aiming this area as well and more prefer area that nearer to City Center...
