the usual trend is like this. Ah Wah open CKY shop...business very good. Ah Wah rich d wanna enjoy life so hires Burmese guy to fry CKY. Burmese guy has degree in Economics but no job in Myanmar so does wahtever job possible. Quality drop. We eat we complain. i have seen this happen in many famous restaurants/stalls.
Either foreigners start doin d cooking or they cant handle the crowd so quality suffers.
