last week I called them up to request for cancellation and they said within 3 working days they will call back for retention.
True enough, someone called me back and asked me what's the reason to cancel (is it because of GST?) I told them this card does not suit my spending pattern. Then they offer me to offset the RM50 GST if I make 6 transactions regardless of the amount within this month then I told them I am not interested. Looks like it's time say good bye to MACH/HLB card for the time being. |
