got the card, realize it was wrong package, the bank did not want to change, can only add package but must also pay extra $$, at that point, no heart already to use, so i called again and said i want to cancel my card, and they told me i have to pay gov tax and late charges. I was like WTF !! the card is not even activated yet. Horrible !! today they call again and said will waive the late charges, but have to pay the gov tax MYR50. so she told me, might as well just use the card till next year because im already paying 50 gov tax. will cancel before one year. or do you guys think i should just cancel it now?
