I existing card holder of HLB and went Midvalley only can fill up form to request extra MACH card, and waited for 2 weeks to get approved and have the card sent home 3 weeks later. Where can get within 1 hour? Staff never said that to me when I was there. 
I get mine on Pavilion on Sunday, but i'm not exiting HLB card holder.
