Planning to apply this card, but seems that HLB CS is kindda sux base on you guys review. I leave my contact on the mach website today, still no feedback. jonjack88 do mach card application ar?  Just planning to get this for the Dining 5% Cashback.
Added on December 13, 2012, 3:38 pmGot my MACH card already. Did mine at MV with a guy call Kelvin. CL is x3 of my pay. Fill in forms all online. Takes about 15 minute. Another 15 wait for the application approval. And another 15 to collect the card. So all in all about 1 hour the whole process. The approving is done my computer I was told. I finally registered HL Connects. Abit weird for HL where in u need to wait for few days after card activation before u can register. Else u will get some error. And even after that u still cannot register unless u swipe ur card at least once to "activate" it. Else it will say the card is unactivated.  Anyway i finally got to register but I am looking. Where can I see my "unbilled transactions"? |

I tried to change the sms alert amount for m mach card and was told to download and go to a nearest branch. is it possible to jst email them instead?

Bought TGV ticket online and i received 2 diff code for 2 diff transaction : - IPAY88*TGV CINEMAS-TGV WP KUALA LUMPMY - MOBILE88.COM-IPAY88 CHERAS MY The first one was accepted as cinema and I received a cashback, then second one was not recognized as cinema and I did not received a cashback  I lodge a complain to MACH already. But I doubt much can be done because as everyone well know this depend on the machine MCC code. |

Did you mean OTP code? Please kindly note, you will need to register your mobile number with the issuing bank of your credit card as with each online transaction in our website, you will need to request for a “One Time Pin” from your bank which will be sent to your mobile. This is mainly for security purpose and this has to be entered within 3 attempts or within a certain time frame. If you key in the wrong password or failed to key in within the time frame given, your transaction will fail with an error message [INVALID 3D PASSWORD].
If u didn’t receive an OTP or MSOS code, please check with your bank on the mobile number registered in order for you to receive the one time pin.

Update. They rebate the RM3 into my cc balance for this month after I sent an email of proof of purchase. I dont think its a global fix. Just per case...
