QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Oct 29 2014, 04:34 PM) No, but take note HLB Wise gives 10% and you can choose 2 categories in addition to mobile. Mach your choice is of 'groups' of categories. So MACH is better in this case..and it doesn't have minimum amount per transaction require right? Any amount is entitle for the cash back.. |

Just got this card..wanted to register for online banking..
To register for online banking, I need credit card pin and TAC code..TAC can be done at ATM, how about credit card pin? I need to wait for separate mail? |

QUOTE(~Eveready~ @ Nov 21 2014, 10:50 AM) Sorry my bad, should be RM100 per quarter, it is stated here under point #5: MACH T&C Thanks for your confirmation..I'm still waiting the pin mail.. If my thought is correct, the cashback should come in before the GST kicks in, fingers cross... Yes, you have to wait for the MACH card pin in a separate mail, then only you can change it at ATM then get the TAC later. Normally how long can get? |

QUOTE(~Eveready~ @ Nov 21 2014, 11:15 AM) QUOTE(Lineage @ Nov 21 2014, 11:38 AM) Just called HLB to ask about the pin, the officer said they will not automatic send the pin anymore and need to request manually. Already request to send the pin by normal mail, and I should receive it within 7-10 working days.. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 30 2014, 04:27 PM) Assuming I want Savvy package and I pay my phone bills every month via online, in addition to my gym subscription fees. So can I get the rebates as what it says in this category? I saw there's another package for online rebate. As long as the usage is fall under the package you chosen..then you should get rebate.. I wish it's a simpler card like my other cards. |

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Dec 11 2014, 09:16 AM) He, and no didn't. Later on I got a call from them offering to waive GST and Annual Fee, but I said not sufficient as I don't use this card enough (and directly said I will wait 6 months and then go for WISE as more attractive). Then she also nothing to convince me di lor. But too bad WISE need to make a minimum of any 10 retail transactions monthly (with a minimum of RM50 per transaction) to enjoy the 10% cash back. |

QUOTE(supersound @ Dec 11 2014, 02:07 PM) Nope, it is not just "10" retail transactions per month that simple. oh..I see..luckily I go for MACH earlier but thinking to cut it as well due to it's not really useful for me..focus on my Maybankard 2 Cards better.. And the cash back never been 10% like you heard. It is only 8.25-9.58% as GST sure must pay and AF will be waived selectively by HLB. Somemore register for online banking is wasting my time..visit bank 3 times still cannot solve.. This post has been edited by Lineage: Dec 11 2014, 02:26 PM |

QUOTE(supersound @ Dec 11 2014, 02:52 PM) Not really, they are trying to mislead us. They shared information, this is very common.. Like recently I'm getting phone calls from HL Group and I made complaint, they still trying their best to cheat me that they never do mistake. I only have account with HL Bank, but how can HL Assurance can get my number and saying that I'm HLB's card holder? Randomly picked? Not only this bank.. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 17 2015, 10:47 AM) Got my card yesterday and activated already... I chose Trendsetter when I signed up, hopefully no error from HLB. Do let us know if you are able to activate online banking for this card..my past experience was ridiculous, went to bank 3 times also cannot solve the online banking issue..and decided to cancel the card after get all the rebate..Anyway, for this: 2% Cashback on Major Style outlets: Uniqlo, Cotton On, Esprit, Topshop, Topman, Forever 21, Zara, Converse, G2000, Charles & Keith Is it only these places have 2% or there are more? Any list that I can refer to? However, with just a glance, I think most of the listed shops accept AmEx. It follows calendar month right? That means March is the last month for Q1 and I can get maximum RM 100 if I spend RM 2k in dining only. *P.S: I don't have any saving account with HLB..I just want to have online banking activated for my MACH to keep track my transaction..but somehow the PIN doesn't work.. |
