Does this mean when my card is due to expire (i.e. valid date), that is the end of Mach for me?

Side story.. I read earlier that Mach can get double category for cashback i.e. Dining 5% + Online 1% but I did a recent big order and it doesn't seem to work. I.e. dominos is recognised as DINING first and probably ONLINE second. Even though I activated the online 1% perk, it did not register my Dominos into online cat, I got max CB on the dining category. Online on the other hand did not reflect anything. Meanwhile BP still registers, so its my go to 4K cash machine while I have loose credit limit.
