My experiences:-
HLB - I need to take 3 calls to cancel my supp card, New supp card application won't receive RM50 Cash Rebate for 3 swipe got cheated by sales staff.
HSBC - Cheated by sales staff, for the new card campaign, ask me spend RM3k+ and lastly get nth.
CITI - Very annoy keep call customer for their promotion and insurance package. Request for GST waiver also not allow, but when apply the card, sales staff tell me it is not a problem to waive just call up to card center.
MBB - When i apply card, the sales staff are very lazy and irresponsible, until i need to take 2 months to get my cards approve.
CIMB - Sudden receive a card when i apply a housing loan with CIMB.
AEON - Irresponsible from staff, and take me 3 weeks to approve the card.
From my experiences, bad or good service are depend on the bank staff.
Just like some bank branches are good in service, some bank branches are very bad attitude and Irresponsible.

Now Cash Back still capped at RM50 per month? 3. If i spent RM1200 on dinning in November will i receive 5% Cash Back with total RM60?? Please adivce.
