Dear all sifus:

I am driving a 1999 Wira sedan 1.5GLi (Auto). I found some ATF leakage on the gearbox cable (as shown by red circle in the image as attached within) but no time to send it for repair until next month. So I don't dare to accelerate too much as ATF may spilled out (perhaps?) and eventually spoil my AT box rclxub.gif So what I can do currently is inspect the ATF level after warming up my car for 10 minutes before drive it to check if there is insufficient of ATF.

1) Refer to the image, is it a "kickdown/ throttle cable"?

2) A leakage on it consider a serious problem or not?

3) Is it expensive to fix it?

4) Besides, I'm also facing an issue that I have to warm up my car for 10 minute for proper shifting in every morning or after I leave it for few hours during working hours. When the gear box is hot, it works well and no shifting issue. Is it caused by the leakage on cable or internal problems of AT box?

Hope someone could clear my doubts icon_question.gif
